What if I need to do an early ​pick-up?

Please head over to Base Camp for ​the check out process. Do not go to ​the rotation area based on the ​schedule. Your child will be released ​to you ONLY from the base camp ​area. A team leader or safety team ​member will escort your child over.

Where is my child(ren)s Teams ​Homeroom?

As you arrive on campus, there will be ​colorful guides on the floor that will ​lead you to each Team’s Homeroom. ​You may use the map located on the ​website for additional guidance H

Are there shirts available for ​purchase?

Yes! The shirts will be available at the ​Kidstop store and there will be shirts ​available in the Preschool area!

If I pre-purchased my shirt, ​where can I pick it up from?

Shirts will be available for pick up ​during dismissal in your child’s Team ​Homeroom.

How early can I pre-check my ​child(ren) on the church center ​app?

Check-In is available now on the app. ​Please select your team by using the ​drop down for selection. Please make ​sure to verify your team location prior ​to clicking on Next at the bottom right ​of the app. A QR code will generate ​and you are ready to check in upon ​arrival at CBG.

Where do I go once I have my QR ​code for scanning?

You have two options…1. Going through ​the Elementary building, similar to the ​weekend for check-ins, and walk to an ​iPad. Hit the Camera icon, turn your ​phone (QR code facing the iPad camera), ​and it will scan. Immediately the QR code ​will cover and show your security code. ​NO stickers will print. 2. Head straight to ​your Teams Homeroom and a team leader ​or Registration member will scan your ​phone to check in.

What do I use to pick up my ​child since there will not be ​any stickers?

Upon scanning your QR Code, a ​security code is generated. Your ​phone is imprudent at time of pick up. ​That code will match what is in the ​system. The Team leader will verify ​that code with their iPad in order to ​check out successfully during ​dismissal.

Where do I go to pick up my ​child(ren)?

You will pick up your child(ren) from ​their Homeroom location. They will be ​checked out at that time confirming ​they have been picked up.

What if I am unable to pick up ​my child(ren) and I need to ​send someone in my place?

As long as they have the Security ​Code (picture of it) and a copy of their ​Driver’s license, a designated Adult ​may do the pick. Please let your team ​leader know at time of drop off.

Can my child switch teams?

Unfortunately no. We will have ​multiple checkpoints to ensure that ​your child is being checked into the ​correct team and location. Either at ​time of check-in or when dropping off ​at the Homeroom. The final roster will ​be circulated amongst multiple teams ​and leaders for verification purposes.

Where do I go to drop off if I’ve ​arrived after service has ​started?

You can head over to the main lobby ​where Base Camp is located to be ​checked in.
